Black Friday ~ Creepmas Medley

Well, with Thanksgiving out of the way, I suppose the Winter Holiday Season has begun in earnest. I made this strange creepy little medley a few years ago, and haven't found a use for it, so I thought maybe you folks would like to hear it. Just a little something to spook up your Creepmas!

You know, this Black Friday thing is a little strange. Everyone rushing out trying to get the best deals on Christmas presents, celebrating the birth of a man who preached against materialism, greed, and excess. There's something, I don't know, perversely Babylonian, yet distinctly American about the phenomenon. I think this track is the perfect accompaniment!

Oh well, if you venture out shopping today, please keep it safe 'n' sane, and
remember to be most excellent to each other!

Happy Holidays

    1. I'm glad you enjoy it.

It's a medley of classic Christmas tunes by Spike Jones and his City Slickers which I set against a collection of apocalyptic medieval chants that were written for the first millennium.

  2. I need to listen to it when I have time.

Oh and I hate Black Friday with a passion. Hysteria of consumerism at its worst. And it makes my Friday far too busy for my sanity.
